    Unfortunately, there may be instances when your order becomes damaged while it is in transit. To resolve an issue with damaged items, please email us at eclandles@gmail.com.

    Please keep broken merchandise until resolved. I look forward to getting you taken care of!

  • Returns

    NOOOOOOOO returns or refunds. All sales are final.

  • Orders

    All orders must be submitted online. Orders will be shipped in order of received, we DO NOT hold candles for in person orders. We DO NOT take cellphone text/dm orders on social media.
